Our Axminster carpet has passed the Bfl-s1 flame retardant certificate, based on EN 13501-1 Europe standard.

What does Bfl-s1 mean in simple terms?

Slows Fire Down (Bfl): Our carpets are difficult to ignite. If a fire accident occurs, our carpet significantly resist the flames spread across the floor, creating crucial extra time to escape .

Minimizes Smoke (s1): In a fire accident, smoke is a major danger. The 's1' rating means our carpets produce very little smoke, helping to maintain better visibility and air quality.

Besides the Bfl-s1 flame retardant certificate, we also obtained Green Label Plus issued by CRI, CE certificate, ISO series certificates,etc.. Recently we are preparing certificates for ASTM.
